Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering experience in Transformer/Bushings/OLTC technology.
• Experience leading a technical or commercial team.
• Ability to explain advanced technical concepts clearly.
• Proven commercial experience in complex environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Swedish, Spanish, German or French an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a regional team of Sales Engineers while maintaining active engagement with customers and key stakeholders.
• Apply the team’s application expertise in Bushings and Tap‑Changers to coordinate with customers, sales, marketing and tendering teams.
• Foster a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings, provide technical support, and drive sales engineering initiatives including international travel.
