Job summary

Siemens Energy AB is seeking a Manager for Mechanical Project Lead Engineers within Engineering Mods & Ups to lead a team delivering mechanical modification projects across the Finspang gas turbine service fleet, including SGT-500 to SGT-800. Leadership experience as a manager, team lead or project leader in a technical environment.
Strong background in mechanical engineering or gas turbine engineering.
Experience leading engineering projects and coordinating multiple technical interfaces.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across teams and with customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Project Lead Engineers for mechanical modification projects across the gas turbine service fleet.
Coordinate engineering scope, planning and delivery with cross-functional teams and customers.
Manage interfaces, risks and financial follow-up; translate lessons learned into improvements.
Collaborate with sales, project management and other engineering disciplines to align technical scope and delivery plans.
