Telia is seeking a Performance Manager to join our B2B Sweden team in Solna. You will define and drive systematic follow-up with sales managers, implement tactical measures, and build partnerships with our key customers to accelerate growth.

You will lead changes in sales behavior, translate insights into improvements, and collaborate across the organization to raise performance. Strong collaboration, proactive mindset, and coaching instincts are essential in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Complex B2B Sales with strong results.
• Strong knowledge of Sales methodologies & effective performance driving KPI:s.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable improvements & communicate these effectively.
• Fluency in Swedish & English.

Responsabilités

• Drive a proactive sales methodology, qualification frameworks, leading KPI: s, etc.
• Create overview of operational obstacles to sales efficiency, KPI reporting in CRM
• Consult stakeholder across the sales organization on KPI performance & operational efficiency
• Drive changes to sales behavior through sales managers & inspire constant learning
