Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Fluent English; Swedish a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate business development initiatives within sales operations, ensuring progress and measurable outcomes
• Develop and optimize sales tools and processes to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align sales strategies and operational execution
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate into actions
• Contribute to development and improvement of sales forecasts and performance reporting
• Identify improvement areas and lead initiatives that enhance sales operations and support growth
• Share knowledge and train colleagues in new tools and processes
