Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will optimize revenue workflows, ensure data accuracy, and deliver clear reporting across SaaS platforms to support growth.

Responsibilities include configuring CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), managing revenue tools for quoting, billing, and tickets, and building scalable workflows. You will document processes and drive cross‑functional efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
