Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator for a remote contractor role focused on Revenue Systems (SaaS). You will audit and optimize CRM and related revenue platforms, resolve data issues, and document complex business rules and SaaS workflows.

You will lead CRM-related migrations and integrations, ensure data integrity across billing, CPQ, and ticketing systems, and contribute to sustainable governance with clear operational prompts and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
