YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales/Revenue/CS Operations Expert to help optimize CRM workflows, data accuracy, and reporting across SaaS environments. This remote contractor role emphasizes hands-on CRM configuration and cross-functional collaboration.

You will configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage billing and quoting tools, and create clear process guidelines. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue tools outside the CRM.
• Strong communication and data reporting capabilities.
• Ability to document processes and drive adoption.
