Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contract role. The position focuses on improving workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments.

You will configure and manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), oversee revenue tools, build workflows, ensure data integrity, and produce clear documentation and reports to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales/Revenue/CS Ops.
• Hands-on CRM configuration/management.
• Experience with two revenue tools outside CRM.
• Strong communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities
