YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. Remote role with strong emphasis on data quality and governance.

The role involves auditing, reconciling data, and documenting system changes to optimize billing, CPQ, ticketing, and related tools in a SaaS environment. Excellent English communication required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue/operational systems such as billing, CPQ, or ticketing.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
