Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on revenue systems and CRM excellence. You will audit and optimize CRM and connected platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and document governance decisions.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years with Salesforce or HubSpot, experience leading CRM migrations, and strong SQL/APIs knowledge. Excellent English communication is essential for remote collaboration in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
