Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote engagement to optimize CRM and revenue workflows. You will audit systems, resolve data issues, and document operational rules to improve cross-platform processes.

The role emphasizes SaaS operations, data governance, and clear communication in English, with responsibilities spanning data reconciliation, system changes, and governance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms).
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
