WW Talents seeks a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support international projects from Greece in a fully remote role. Training is fully paid and onboarding is comprehensive to help you adapt to the Mediterranean remote work lifestyle.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries and returns, and maintain CRM records while working in a fast-paced international environment.

Competenze

• Norwegian at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
