WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece, with remote work available anywhere in Greece. The role requires Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, plus strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Training is provided and relocation support is included.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekend shifts depending on the project. Visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must have legal right to work in Greece.

Competenze

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian as requirement.
• B2–C1 level of English depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
