Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. This fully remote role is based in Greece and requires C1/C2 Norwegian and B2–C1 English, with on-going training provided.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders and returns, and maintain accurate CRM records in a fast-paced global environment. Relocation support is offered as part of the onboarding.

Qualifications

• Norwegian language skills at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
