Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote in Greece with a remote work model and requires Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1. Compensation is €1,300 gross per month, paid over 14 months, plus a bonus up to 20% of the salary monthly.

A relocation package accompanies the position. You will provide customer support via phone, email and chat, handle orders, payments, returns, CRM records, and escalate

Qualifications

• Norwegian at C1/C2 level
• English at B2–C1 depending on project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties and returns
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support
