WW Talents is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on international projects from Greece. This fully remote role operates from Greece, with training provided and weekend shifts possible depending on the project.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns, and maintain CRM records. Fluency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and English (B2-C1) is required, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
