WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking customer service agents to work remotely from Greece, supporting customers on international projects. The role offers Greek remote work with a structured schedule, training, and onboarding.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, processing orders and payments, and maintaining CRM records. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, global environment.

Competenze

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian.
• B2–C1 level of English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CRM familiarity is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warrants, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
