• Experience with SAP or a CRM system is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Swedish or Danish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional sales and operations to meet growth targets.
• Provide first-line technical and pre-sales support to customers and partners.
• Create, qualify and nurture leads, prepare quotes and tender responses.
• Identify new business opportunities and service prospects, reconnect with past customers.
• Manage customer data in CRM/cloud systems and maintain opportunities.
• Support campaigns, events, and customer visits with relevant teams.
