Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. is seeking an IT Support professional to join our in-house onsite team in Stockholm. You will provide both on-site and remote end-user support, covering Windows devices, collaboration tools and modern workplace services across the Nordic region.

Join a proactive IT function focused on continuous improvement, automation and secure ways of working. You will collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and group IT teams to drive effective service delivery and knowledge

Qualifications

• Relevant IT education or equivalent experience in end-user computing, workplace services or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows clients, laptops, collaboration tools and common workplace technologies.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and SLAs; Service Now is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, modern workplace services and endpoint management; Nexthink is a plus.
• Fluent English, spoken and written; local Nordic language is an advantage depending on scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for users in Sickla/Nacka and across the Nordic and Baltic region.
• Handle regular and advanced/L2 EUC support for incidents and service requests, including prioritization and escalation.
• Ensure support delivery aligns with processes, SLAs and priorities.
• Act as local specialist for digital workplace, End User Computing, Microsoft 365, Copilot and Nexthink.
• Create knowledge articles, guides and training material to strengthen self-service and shift-left support.
