Job summary

Alfa Laval in Lund (Sweden) is seeking a Technical Inside Sales to support heat exchanger products within the Nordics. You will work closely with external sales colleagues and product specialists, provide technical datasheets, prepare quotations in CRM, handle inquiries by email and phone, and upsell where appropriate.

The role combines technical knowledge with customer-facing sales responsibilities in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience from technical and/or inside sales or application engineering.
• CRM and ERP systems experience.
• Excellent communication in English and a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations in CRM and handle price inquiries.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Provide technical datasheets and drawings.
• Manage the shared inbox.
• Upsell to customers and identify potential opportunities (involving KAM).
• Identify best technical solutions and ensure a professional customer experience.
