WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts depending on the project.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with orders, payments, deliveries, and returns. You will use CRM systems to log cases and provide timely, professional support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Danish at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency B2–C1 depending on the project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain CRM records.
