Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers across international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote in Greece with Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend shifts depending on project. Visa sponsorship is not available.

You will provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, handle orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns, and maintain CRM records with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Danish language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
