WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers on international projects from Greece. This fully remote role in Greece offers a structured training program, onboarding, and relocation support.
You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining CRM records and delivering customer-focused solutions. Requirements include Danish at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international
Qualificações
- Danish language at C1/C2 level.
- English at B2–C1 depending on project.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
Responsabilidades
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, or returns.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and offer effective solutions.
- Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Manage customer cases and maintain CRM records.
- Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
