WW Talents is hiring Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece with a Mon–Fri schedule and occasional weekend shifts.

Danish at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1 are required, with compensation of €1,300 gross per month paid over 14 months, plus up to 20% performance bonus. Relocation benefits include 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pickup, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee.

Qualifications

• Danish language at C1/C2 level is required.
• English at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, or returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
