• 2–7+ years outbound BDR/BDM in B2B SaaS
• Strong cold calling and senior-level outreach (≥100 dials/day)
• Proven track record of consistently generating qualified pipeline
• Comfortable with AI and automation tools
• Experience selling into banks, fintech, payments, risk or compliance
