Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Sweden seeks a People Experience Lead Consultant with 12–20 years of experience to drive PX transformations for global manufacturing clients. You will lead end-to-end PX initiatives and shape operating models across HR domains.

You will shape HR processes, collaborate with CHROs and business leaders on culture, DE&I, rewards and wellbeing, and guide large-scale digital HR programs in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in People Experience / HR transformation programs.
• Experience designing and optimizing end-to-end PX processes across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance & Career, Learning, Culture & Leadership, Labor & Employee Relations, Rewards & Benefits, Global Mobility, and People Data & Insights.
• Experience in HR operating model design, Shared Services or HR service delivery transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation and digital HR programs.
• Strong stakeholder management with CHRO, HR leadership and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead PX consulting engagements & HR transformation programs across global organizations.
• Assess current HR operating models and design future-state PX processes aligned to business strategy.
• Drive transformation across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance, Career Development, Learning and Talent Management.
• Define PX capability roadmaps, requirements and HR technology transformation strategies.
• Advise clients on Employee Experience, Culture, Leadership Development, DE&I, Rewards and Wellbeing.
• Optimize Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning and compliance processes.
