Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Sweden seeks an experienced Business/IT Consultant to lead service transformations and SAP-driven process design. You will own end-to-end service process mapping, drive workshops, and coordinate with architecture and delivery teams across global rollouts.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in business consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation.

• Graduate degree in Business or related field; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service solution stream across advisory and delivery engagements.
• Map end-to-end business processes (L1 to L4) and align to SAP.
• Chair fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate needs into requirements.
• Collaborate with solutioning, architecture and delivery teams for design.
• Guide UI/UX teams through blueprinting, design, testing and rollouts.
• Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and PoC demos.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Service solution stream across advisory and delivery engagements, from strategy through design and rollout for helping TCS develop a “model company” for the clients.
• Own end-to-end business process mapping (L1 to L4) for Service processes and align them to the SAP solution.
• Lead fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate business needs into clear, design-ready requirements.
• Work closely with the solutioning, architecture, and delivery teams to convert mapped processes into solution design.
• Guide technology and UI/UX teams through blueprinting, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, and global rollouts.
• Contribute to pre-sales and sales activities — RFP responses, proactive outreach, points of view, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.

Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities

Work with larger implementation team to ensure on time and error free delivery.

Ability to proactively plan resources and operate within budgets provided.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• End-to-end business process mapping from L1 to L4 (required).
• Strong expertise across the SAP portfolio, with a focus on Service applications, spanning the broader Marketing, Sales, and Service landscape.
• Knowledge of various enterprise systems — CRM, SFA, ERP, CPQ, and OMS.
• Experience in Integration and Architecture.
• Ability to lead fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Strong bias toward standardization and reuse over custom development.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, initiative-taking, and an innovative mindset, with the ability to lead technical discussions during workshops.
• Stakeholder management and facilitation across executive and operational audiences.
• SAP Signavio experience is good to have.
• Agentic AI certification(s) are a plus.

Experience required:

• 8 to 15 Years
• Proven experience as a Business Consultant / Business Analyst on large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Should have worked on or been part of a large business transformation initiative — within their own or a client organization — with respect to Commercial Excellence and Customer Experience strategy.
• Experience driving transformations across B2B, B2B2C, B2C, and D2C business models.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Marketing / eCommerce / Sales / Service transformation and implementation — business blueprinting, design and configuration, guiding technology and UI/UX teams, user acceptance testing, and global rollouts — with a particular depth in Service.
• Experience leading solution streams as part of advisory assignments / projects for leading manufacturing clients (industrial, auto, process, or aero).
• Hands-on SAP delivery experience across Service and the broader Marketing/Service landscape.
• Experience partnering with technical and solutioning teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or global system integrator preferred.
• Graduate degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
