Job summary

Tata consultancy Services in Göteborg is seeking a Lead AI Transformation role to identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled business outcomes across supply chain and sales/customer experience. You will translate strategic priorities into high-value AI opportunities and build compelling business cases.

Work with business and IT stakeholders, design thinking sessions, and delivery teams to pilot MVPs, track ROI, and realize measurable value.

Job Requirements:

Lead AI Track for Business Transformation, working closely with Business & IT Stakeholders to identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled business outcomes across the value chain with a focus on Supply Chain and Sales / Customer Experience. The role will convert strategic priorities into high-value AI opportunities, build compelling business cases, articulate value to executive stakeholders, and drive adoption and measurable value realization

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI opportunity discovery across the value chain with a focus on Supply Chain and Sales / Customer Experience, translating business pain points into prioritized AI, GenAI and agentic AI use cases.
• Facilitate design thinking, value discovery and executive workshops with business, IT, data, architecture, product and change teams.
• Create business cases, value hypotheses, KPI baselines, ROI logic and benefit tracking models for AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership on AI-led process redesign, responsible AI adoption, intelligent workflows, decision automation and human-in-the-loop operating models.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, product owners and delivery teams to convert concepts into pilots, MVPs and scalable business capabilities.
• Work closely with the Transformation Management Office to manage scope, dependencies, risks, adoption plans and on-time delivery.
• Partner with the Value team to track value realization, communicate business impact and ensure benefits are embedded into ways of working.
• Act as a Senior / Single Point of Contact within a larger transformation team, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating with workstream leads to ensure high-quality, timely and value-focused delivery.
• Support planning of resources, effort, budgets and delivery priorities for AI initiatives. Contribute to reusable assets such as use case catalogues, value calculators, workshop playbooks, adoption templates and executive narratives.

• Product ownership and solution-shaping skills to convert concepts into pilots, MVPs and scalable business capabilities in collaboration with architects, data scientists and delivery teams.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, support adoption planning and communicate impact to senior stakeholders.
• Executive communication and value articulation skills to simplify complex AI concepts, influence decisions and reinforce measurable business outcomes.
