Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Sweden AB is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide hands-on onsite IT infrastructure support across client locations in Stockholm, Sweden. You will work with the Service Desk, vendors, and client teams to keep end-user environments running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software incidents, perform MACDs, and ensure proper documentation. Strong communication and ITIL-based service management experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven Field Service Engineering or deskside support experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-user device hardware and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software incidents.
• Manage MACDs, hardware installations, server reboots and validation of service functionality.
• Provide deskside support including device provisioning, drivers, OS support and software troubleshooting.
• Support AV/VC environments, manage video conferencing and coordinate with vendors.
