Job summary

BCIC Swiss in Sweden is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-level contact for customer issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows OS, maintaining ticket updates, and supporting Apple PC users.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid work permit in Sweden, have several years of IT experience, and be fluent in both Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid work permit in Sweden.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• Fluency in Swedish & English language (Min B2 Level).

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
• Support Apple PC users with basic knowledge of the Mac operating system.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
