Job summary

Securitas Stockholm is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the Support & Training team in Solna. You will provide first-line technical support, on-site services, upgrades, and training for partners and customers across the Nordic region, helping ensure robust IT operations.

You will manage support cases, document solutions, and contribute to knowledge sharing while leveraging experience in networking, virtualization, and SQL Server. Fluent Swedish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with networking, server/client infrastructure, and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Fluent Swedish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage support cases from intake through resolution.
• Deliver technical and user training to employees, partners, resellers, and customers.
• Administer support portals and product catalogues.
• Perform testing, beta testing, and maintain manuals and technical documentation.
• Provide on-site support and upgrades as part of professional services.
• Support product quality, customer migrations, and future product requirements.
• Act as a technical advisor in complex projects and drive resolution of product defects.
