Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a Desktop Support Field Engineer in Sweden to join a growing team. You will install, upgrade and support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers and peripheral devices, while maintaining hardware inventory and assisting users with data recovery.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting issues, and escalating complex problems to higher tiers when needed. A+/Microsoft certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related field required.
• Strong hardware and Windows OS troubleshooting skills.
• Microsoft Certifications such as MCTS/MCSE are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office, Apple devices and related peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, printers and other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Maintain IT records and inventory for area of responsibility.
• Provide user data and application recovery; diagnose network connectivity issues.
• Escalate issues to tier 3 support when beyond scope of local technician.
