Qualifications

• Experience in field service, on-site IT support, or break-fix engineering.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing enterprise hardware.
• English communication and clear service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical services meeting KPI/SLA targets.
• Attend customer sites within service windows and manage appointments.
• Diagnose faults, verify warranty, and perform parts replacement.
• Update service reports and customer communication in English.
• Follow safety, privacy, and process procedures at all times.
• Use mobile field service apps and diagnostic tools.
• Handle parts lifecycle including packaging and return.
