Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a Desktop Support Field Engineer to join our growing team in Sweden. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for Windows, Mac, printers, and peripheral equipment across user sites.

Candidate should be adept at diagnosing hardware and software issues, maintaining hardware inventory, and escalating complex problems to tier 3 as needed. Strong customer service and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware.
• Working knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS, Mac/iOS devices and printers.
• Performs general preventative maintenance on computers and peripherals.
• Escalate issues to tier 3 support when needed.
• Maintain IT records and inventory for area of responsibility.
