Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Gothenburg is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Order Management Solutions Team on a permanent basis, with a start planned for November 2026. You will help deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions and provide high-quality customer service in an international environment.

Key activities include handling OMS issues, preparing KPI packs, and coordinating with Control Towers and Nordic/Central Europe teams.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Problem solving and proactive issue escalation.
Teamworking and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience driving or contributing to change management and continuous improvements.
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for OMS operational issues and customer queries.
Preparation of regular daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPI packs.
Work in line with SOP to ensure service levels are upheld.
Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Daily communication with origin Control Towers to support operational queries and vendor compliance.
Support other Supply Chain Coordinators across the Nordic and Central/Eastern Europe region.
