Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, preferably within logistics, transport or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proactive, structured and customer-centric approach to your work.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
• Willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve.

Responsibilities
