Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Nordic Service Organization. You will schedule technicians for urgent service visits, preventive maintenance, and product installations across Denmark, Sweden and Norway, while managing work orders in Salesforce to ensure efficient planning.

Daily communication with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders will be essential. You will be part of a 10‑person Scheduling & Dispatch team and contribute to the broader Service Back

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Upper secondary education (gymnasieexamen).
• Knowledge/experience of LEAN methodology.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for urgent service visits, preventive maintenance and product installations at customers' sites in the Nordic region.
• Manage work orders in Salesforce and ensure efficient, optimized planning.
• Locate available technicians quickly within optimal travel distance and with the right skills.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders by phone and email.
• Be part of the Scheduling & Dispatch team and the Service Back Office, contributing to process improvements.
