Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a service coordination professional to keep critical service operations running smoothly across Scandinavia. You will combine technical understanding with strong coordination to support customers, service engineers, and partners working with Danfoss frequency converters and drive solutions.

In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end service cases, act as the main customer contact, schedule field resources, and drive improvements to shorten delays and enhance the customer

Qualifications

• Technical background in electrical engineering, automation or electronics.
• Experience in service coordination or field service environments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple service cases.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional Scandinavian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end service cases across Scandinavia from request to closure.
• Act as the primary customer contact, clarifying service requirements and information.
• Schedule and dispatch field resources and partners, prioritizing by impact and complexity.
• Follow up on execution and documentation with high-quality information.
• Identify and drive operational improvements to reduce delays and improve collaboration.
