Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a proactive Field Service Coordinator for the Nordic region to coordinate field service engineers and end-to-end service orders, supporting the Nordic and international market within the Nordic Service division.

Based in either the Kolding office in Denmark or Flemingsberg in Sweden, with some travel to Sweden and Denmark, the role collaborates with a team of coordinators and reports to the Team Manager Field Service Nordic to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative tasks in international settings.
• Customer experience and handling international contacts.
• Proficient in Outlook and booking systems; strong communication skills in English plus Swedish or Danish.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily work assignments of Service Engineers.
• Proactively manage service planning, creating/updating/closing service jobs.
• Administer and coordinate ocean service tasks and related logistics.
• Order, track, and manage spare parts for service operations.
• Monitor requests via shared service inbox and respond timely.
• Coordinate water sampling tests and related logistics.
• Collaborate with Team Managers to prioritize and execute service orders.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and data quality in service systems.
