Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Nordic team in Sweden. You will schedule technicians for urgent service visits, preventive maintenance, and installations across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, while managing work orders in Salesforce and coordinating with customers and technicians.

You will be part of the Scheduling & Dispatch team of about 10 people, reporting to the Nordic Scheduling & Dispatch Team Lead, and contribute to process improvements and high customer

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Upper secondary education (gymnasieexamen) is required
• Previous experience in dispatching/scheduling
• Knowledge/experience of LEAN methodology

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for urgent service visits, preventive maintenance and installations.
• Manage work orders in Salesforce and optimize planning for Nordic sites.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders by phone and email.
• Apply LEAN principles to improve workflows and service quality.
