Kjell & Co Elektronik AB is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Malmö headquarters. You will support Norwegian customers and contribute to delivering the exceptional service our brand is known for, working across e-commerce, retail, logistics, and other functions.

Formación

• Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills and confidence working in digital systems.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine service mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Swedish and/or Danish is considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers through phone, email, chat, and other service channels.
