Qliro in Stockholm is seeking a customer operations professional to handle inquiries from merchants’ customers across all Nordic markets, ensuring smooth support.

You’ll provide support via phone, chat, email, and social media, stay flexible across markets and processes, and keep empathy at the core of every interaction.

Fluent Swedish and English are required, with additional Nordic languages a big plus; join a collaborative team in a modern Stockholm office with flexible working.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Swedish and fluent English.
• Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a big plus.
• Passionate about service and customer experience in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from merchants’ customers across all Nordic markets.
