Job summary

Kjell & Company is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Nordic team at the Malmö headquarters. You will assist Norwegian customers across channels, guiding them on products, orders, deliveries, and services while collaborating with e-commerce, retail, and logistics.

You will develop customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, supporting a leading consumer technology retailer.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian, written and spoken.
• Good computer skills and confidence with digital systems.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Swedish and/or Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through phone, email, chat, and other service channels.
• Guide customers regarding products, orders, deliveries, returns, and services.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to find the best solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service and customer satisfaction.
