Kjell & Company is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Nordic team at the Malmö headquarters. You will assist Norwegian customers across channels, guiding them on products, orders, deliveries, and services while collaborating with e-commerce, retail, and logistics.

You will develop customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, supporting a leading consumer technology retailer.

Formación

• Fluency in Norwegian, written and spoken.
• Good computer skills and confidence with digital systems.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Swedish and/or Danish is a plus.

Customer Service Agent (Norwegian Market)

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team at our headquarters in Malmö. You will support our Norwegian customers and play an important role in delivering the service experience that Kjell & Company is known for. You will work closely with colleagues across e-commerce, retail, logistics, and other business functions, giving you valuable insight into how a Nordic retail company operates while developing your customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Location: Our headquarters in Malmö, Sweden

Working hours: Primarily weekday office hours, with flexibility based on business needs.
