The TAM role focuses on understanding customers, driving product adoption, and identifying value across Data Protection, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Cloud environments. Expect hybrid in-office work with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience across at least two domains: Data Protection, Virtualization, Storage, Backup or Cloud Computing.
Experience managing complex technical escalations and guiding them to resolution.
Confident in leading technical discussions and onboarding customers.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer visits.

Responsibilities

Develops trust by understanding the customer’s business and industry.
Showcases Cohesity features to improve product adoption and utilization.
Identifies upsell opportunities by staying informed about the customer's environment.
Provides technical guidance on release strategies and deployment models.
Onboards new customers and educates client representatives early.
Maintains health scores and QBRs in customer success tools.
Positions and coordinates delivery of Cohesity valued services.
