Job summary

Nordic Infucare is seeking an experienced Tech Support Agent to manage technical support, claims and replacements for our Nordic users. The role requires fluent Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish and English, and 3-5+ years in customer experience.

You will handle inquiries via phone and email, document cases in the CRM, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure patient-centered service and timely resolution.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in Customer Experience roles.
• Proficiency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and claim handling for Nordic users.
• Answer incoming calls and emails according to SLA and processes.
• Monitor and report incidents, compensate replacements, and educate users.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal NIC departments to improve processes.
