Job summary

Aiven is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Nordic region. You will drive new business with large enterprise logos, expand strategic accounts, and engage C-level stakeholders to demonstrate the value of Aiven’s open-source data platform across multi-cloud environments.

You will leverage MEDDPICC, Challenger selling, and a data-driven approach to close complex deals, while collaborating with Marketing, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering to align roadmaps with customer

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of enterprise SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales experience.
• Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Fluent Swedish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise logos in the Nordic region and own full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Expand revenue within existing enterprise customers by uncovering new use cases and upselling.
• Engage C-suite and senior leaders; shape business outcomes with the platform.
• Articulate business value of multi-cloud data and AI platform.
• Apply MEDDPICC to qualify and forecast opportunities with discipline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Architects, Product and Engineering.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to leadership.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
