Job summary

Viking EMEA in Upplands Väsby seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to support the Nordic region. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and driving sales over the phone.

The role covers order entry, quotes and end-to-end order fulfilment. You will work from 07:00 to 16:00, with the possibility of home office one day per week and report to the Local Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• This position requires experience in a commercial or customer service environment (3+ years).
• A technical background or experience is preferred.
• Excellent administrative and communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with price, lead time, product information to influence decisions and maximize sales.
• Understand and convert customer requirements into orders in SAP.
• Process and follow up on incoming orders.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes based on pricing guidelines to close sales.
• Cooperate with credit to ensure reliable order fulfilment.
• Liaise with replenishment and suppliers for drop shipments.
• Coordinate shipments to customers with warehouse/carriers.
• Check daily reports and take appropriate actions.
