Job summary

Univar Solutions in Malmö invites you to join our Nordic Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. You will own the end-to-end order-to-cash process and strive to improve customer experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Key duties include registering orders via email, EDI or online in SAP, following up on orders and deliveries, and guiding customers through questions and reimbursements. You will work with a 16‑person team and enjoy flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in customer support.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end order-to-cash process.
• Register orders via email, EDI, or online in SAP.
• Order and delivery follow-up.
• Take incoming calls and emails from B2B customers.
• Guide customers through processes and reimbursements/complaints.
• Collaborate in a diverse team and support customer experience.
