Job summary

Brickanta, Stockholm-based, is looking for an Account Executive to own the Nordics commercial relationship with the region’s largest contractors, developers and property owners. You will manage the full cycle from first conversation to signed contract and expansion.

This early commercial seat provides real customers and a product that measurably works. You will build the motion and repeatable pipeline, with on-site work at Stockholm HQ and travel to clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of how construction and real estate buyers procure services.
• Proven track record closing complex B2B deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build and document a sales pipeline from first contact to renewal.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and run your own pipeline: outbound to named accounts, industry events, inbound follow-up and the network you bring with you.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across calculation, procurement, project management, IT and the executive team, qualify hard, map the buying process, drive it to a decision.
• Run pilots designed to convert: agree the success criteria up front, work with our forward deployed engineers through delivery, then close the full rollout.
• Bring objections, competitive signals and unmet needs back into product with enough specificity to act on.
